Refund Policy

To request a refund, please identify the email associated with your cluely.com account and an invoice.

Current Policy

We offer a 24-hour refund policy for system-level restrictions such that Cluely does not work on your computer.

The situations below are not applicable for a refund, but fortunately you can manage your subscription on the Billing page in Settings.

  1. Forgetting to cancel.

  2. Interview software detection/cheating use cases (please see standalone product, Interview Coder. Cluely is for meeting assistance across sales, project briefs, and support).

  3. Changing the subscription plan.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact [email protected] and communicate the refund request reason and any relevant information.

  2. Use your Cluely account email:
    The email you enter must be the same one you used to sign up for Cluely. Please note that we are NOT CluelyAI. If your invoice is from CluelyAI, you need to contact the other company. We are Cluely.com.

  3. Provide a detailed reason:
    In the β€œWhy are you requesting a refund?” section, add as many details as possible so we can make the proper determination for your case.

  4. Refund timing:
    You can expect the refund within 5–10 business days after submitting the request.

No Email Found / Can't Log In to Manage Billing?

Please note that we are not CluelyAI. We are Cluely.com. If you cannot find your billing portal due to log in issues, you likely have an account with CluelyAI (not us!). Please contact CluelyAI if your invoice is from CluelyAI (purple logo, https://cluelyai.com/).

Unfortunately CluelyAI are known scammers and impersonators of our service. We are not affiliated with them. Please dispute your charges with CluelyAI and contact the CluelyAI team if you have been billed by CluelyAI. We are Cluely.com.
