You can cancel your subscription anytime from the settings page. If you are subscribed, simply click Billing and click Manage to manage your plan. Manage will bring you to the Stripe customer billing portal, where you can cancel your subscription immediately and or update payment methods.
Canceling your subscription cancels your access to Pro features immediately.
Find your settings by opening the desktop app, clicking your profile icon, clicking Settings > Billing. On the Billing page you can manage all things billing. Fin AI cannot cancel your plan for you. Fortunately, you can cancel in one-click on the billing page.
After cancellation:
You won't be charged again after cancellation
You can continue using all features until your subscription expires, which is the date of cancelation
Cluely does not issue pro-rated refunds.
You can find all of your direct billing settings through the Stripe Customer billing portal, linked here, as well.
If you would like to delete your account as well, you can go to Settings > General > Delete Account.
