  • Receipt emails: Sent to your subscribed email with our blue Cluely logo

  • Billing management: Always accessible through Settings > Billing in the desktop app

  • Website: Cluely.com

CluelyAI - Known Impersonator

If you don't recognize your charge and don't have a Cluely.com account, you likely signed up for CluelyAI, a completely separate service that is impersonating Cluely.

CluelyAI characteristics:

  • Branding: Purple (not blue)

  • Pricing: $15/month or $80/year (these plans do NOT exist on Cluely.com)

  • Affiliation: CluelyAI is NOT affiliated with Cluely.com

  • Website: cluelyai.com

What to do if you were charged by CluelyAI

  1. Contact the CluelyAI team directly to cancel your subscription

  2. Dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company

  3. Report the impersonation if desired
