How to Use Cluely Mobile

Cluely released a mobile app for voice memo or in-person recordings in December 2025. Here's everything you need to know about AI meeting assistance on the go.

What can Cluely Mobile Do?

As of December 5, 2025, Cluely mobile can do the following:

  1. Start Recording: In-person, voice memo transcription and real-time AI chat.

  2. Meeting Summaries: After a recording ends, Cluely will generate instant, detailed, and perfect meeting notes every time.

  3. View Transcript: You can view both a real-time and post-call transcript, so you never miss a detail.

  4. AI Chat: Chat with your meeting during or after the recording ends to recap what was said, draft follow up emails, and determine action items, so you're the smartest in every room.

What are Cluely Mobile's Limitations?

Cluely mobile v1 DOES NOT assist with phone calls or mobile video conferencing calls yet. This is the highest priority feature for the next release and is accomplished via phone proxying. Cluely mobile v1 is also Apple only for iPhones with a minimum iOS of 14+.

How to Use Cluely Mobile

1) Starting Recordings

  1. Open the Cluely Mobile app

  2. From the home screen, click "Start Recording"

  3. Set your phone aside or put it in your pocket to get real-time transcription of in-person conversations

Once you're done with your meeting, please open the Cluely mobile app and click the red end button.

If the recording ended early or if you need to resume:

  1. Click into the desired meeting note

  2. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner

  3. Select "Resume Meeting"

2) Get AI Assistance

During an active recording or meeting:

  1. If you need help, open the Cluely Mobile app (with the session still recording) and click "Chat".

  2. Type any question or click the suggested actions to get AI assistance during your meeting

After a meeting ends, you can click into any of the meeting notes. At the bottom of your screen, you will see "Ask Cluely anything". Please click into this chat bar and type any question or request you have.

3) Viewing Meeting Notes

For any meeting note, which you can browse from the Cluely Mobile home tab, you can get full summaries, edit notes, resume meetings, copy the transcript, or share notes.

The following buttons allow you to take the actions below:

  • Share your meeting note with friends or team members over text, email, or copy the shareable link

Ask Cluely Anything

  • AI Chat bar for getting assistance with your meeting notes to ask anything about the call action items, transcript, and overview


Troubleshooting Audio

If no transcript lines are being picked up and your phone has Voice Isolation on, please open the control center and change the recording mode to Wide Spectrum.

Cluely Mobile generally struggles to detect multiple voices in a room, loud outdoor environments, and overlapping conversations.


Subscriptions and Billing on Cluely Mobile

How do Subscriptions work on Cluely Mobile?

If you are a pro customer on Cluely Desktop, you will get unlimited access to Cluely Mobile. If you are a paying customer on Cluely Mobile, you will have a Pro account on Cluely Desktop. You always have the option to unlock desktop only Undetectability Pro+ plans as well. Please note there is no such thing as undetectability for Cluely Mobile.

How much does Cluely Mobile Pro Cost?

Cluely Mobile is free up to 30 total meetings and 15 AI assists every 24 hours. You can unlock unlimited Cluely Mobile Pro access for $8/week or $144/year. Cluely Mobile presents the annual plan as "$12/mo billed annually", which is equivalent to $144/year.

How do I cancel Cluely Mobile Pro?

As always, you can cancel your plan at anytime via the Settings (Gear in the top right corner) > Manage Billing. Cluely Mobile does not charge through the App Store. Please use the Cluely billing portal via Stripe to manage billing. The subscription will not be visible under your Apple Subscriptions, because we do not bill through Apple.


Cluely Mobile Settings

You have full control over your account, including billing and deleting your account, from the Cluely Mobile Settings. Please click the Settings Gear in the top right corner to open the Settings Page.

From the settings page, the following actions are available:

  • Sign Out

  • Get Cluely for Mac or Windows

  • Privacy Policy

  • Manage Billing

  • Terms of Service

  • Browse Help Articles

  • Contact Support

  • Report a Bug

  • Delete Your Account (which will also delete your Cluely Desktop account).

The version number is also visible below the Settings options.
