In Smart Mode or very long sessions, queries can run for an extended period. After roughly 75 seconds, Cluely will stop and show a error message with a retry button.
If Listen mode has been active for a long time: end the current session, start a new one, and hit ⌘/Ctrl + R on your keyboard to clear Cluely’s current context.
If Listen mode is off but responses remain slow: hit ⌘/Ctrl + R on your keyboard to flush cached context.
If neither action shortens the response time, the delay may stem from our upstream LLM provider. As a last resort, please email [email protected] with the timeout message, everything you have tried to resolve it, and most importantly your geographic location. Our team will investigate with the provider.
