1. Load your sales context

  • Before your call, open the Cluely dashboard.

  • Navigate to the personalize tab.

  • Paste or upload key information about your company, sales process, products, and any relevant context.

  • This helps Cluely provide tailored guidance during your call.

2. Enable Cluely for Your Meeting

  • Before the meeting starts, make sure Cluely is running on your desktop.

  • Click the microphone icon in Cluely to allow it to hear your voice and the conversation.

  • Confirm your meeting participants if prompted.

3. Get Real-Time Coaching

  • As your call progresses, Cluely listens in real time.

  • It uses your uploaded information and general sales best practices to provide instant, contextual tips and answers.

  • To trigger a tip or get advice, press Command + Enter on your keyboard.

  • Cluely will surface insights, objection-handling tips, or answers tailored to your situation.

4. Example Use Cases

  • Handle objections on the fly: When a prospect raises a concern, trigger Cluely for a suggested response.

  • Recall key data: Instantly surface product specs, pricing, or case studies when you need them.

  • Stay on message: Cluely can remind you of your sales process steps or talking points.
