Before your call, open the Cluely dashboard.
Navigate to the personalize tab.
Paste or upload key information about your company, sales process, products, and any relevant context.
This helps Cluely provide tailored guidance during your call.
2. Enable Cluely for Your Meeting
Before the meeting starts, make sure Cluely is running on your desktop.
Click the microphone icon in Cluely to allow it to hear your voice and the conversation.
Confirm your meeting participants if prompted.
3. Get Real-Time Coaching
As your call progresses, Cluely listens in real time.
It uses your uploaded information and general sales best practices to provide instant, contextual tips and answers.
To trigger a tip or get advice, press Command + Enter on your keyboard.
Cluely will surface insights, objection-handling tips, or answers tailored to your situation.
4. Example Use Cases
Handle objections on the fly: When a prospect raises a concern, trigger Cluely for a suggested response.
Recall key data: Instantly surface product specs, pricing, or case studies when you need them.
Stay on message: Cluely can remind you of your sales process steps or talking points.
